So at first I thought I’d hate this particular Tumblr, because, as I get older and more square (yes, 13-year-old-self, it’s true.  Run - aka thrift plaid pants and listen to ska - while you still can), I try to avoid things that blatantly put me in the “Parents Just Don’t Understand” category of observing youth culture  (e.g - my brother and I recently took a CMJ detour to check out Occupy Wall St, and it took every ounce of will I had not to reduce the whole thing to “dirty hippy slumber party,” which it was, but also wasn’t - my problems were: “more cops and press than protesters,” and “can’t we just collectively call for a tax structure that favors 99% of Americans instead of 1%?  Let’s have a separate event for holding up copies of ‘People’s History of the United States’ and legitimate clowning.”), and so a blog called “HALLOWEEN OR WILLIAMSBURG” sounds like a hillbilly in “Easy Rider” picking on the longhairs.  And we all know how that ends.

But this was very funny.
